Borrower’s first contacted IPL at about 8pm on halloween evening 10/31/22 — they were already 23 days into a 30 day escrow to purchase their family home in Orange County, CA, and their loan officer from US Bank was ghosting them. They were referred to Sasha by a Realtor, who referred to her as a “total bulldog” to try to salvage the transaction. IPL submitted the loan the following day (11/1), appraisal was delivered 11/4, and docs were released for closing 11/8. We later found the US Bank rep stopped responding because he thought they did not qualify. Still, we started, executed, and closed in 8 calendar days for very grateful buyers, sellers, and real estate agents.
