She was super responsive, knowledgeable and answered all my dumb questions in ways this goofball could understand. She executed so quickly on everything that she was waiting on me a majority of the time. I've had the exact opposite experience in all my other real estate transactions. We needed to refi and had initially gone with a different broker, who kept having issues, making us jump through all sorts of unnecessary hoops, etc., and then after tons of back-and-forth over a month with them, they tell us that the initial loan product we were set up for was no longer viable. Frustrated to say the least… I reached out to Alex at Investor Property Loan, and he not only found us a better loan product, but rushed the process through and in half the time got it done, actually just finished signing papers today! Alex is an investor himself, so he not only understands the intricacies, but is also a great source of info for any questions we had. Can’t recommend these guys high enough, definitely using them for our future real estate deals!
